Uberlist 2006
December 30, 2005 at 05:26 PM in
Uberlist I'm not one for resolutions, but in the spirit of personal progress I make an Uberlist every year. The Uberlist is Nikol's idea, and I've been creating one for about four years. The idea is to create a list of things you want to accomplish, ranging in scope and importance, increasing by one digit each year. This year it's 106 Things in 2006. Since yes, I am THAT ANAL RETENTIVE, I've broken everything down by category. The goal isn't to accomplish every single item, or to judge myself by the amount I am able to accomplish (admirably noted by my complete failure to do much of anything last year), rather to remind myself that there are small things I can do on a regular basis nourish my spirit and soul (or just get shit done). I hope that posting the list and keeping regular track of my progress incites me to do more this year.

This broke my brain into a hundred and six tiny pieces. Do I have to come up with 100? can't I just make like, you know, three? I'll post three things I'd like to do this year. And I will link it to the anal commitment ceremony because, you know, fuck, dude, I was crying laughing. You are the funniest. I can't wait til spring!
xoxox
AWESOME. i'm in!
Baby, you can do as many or as few as you'd like. The idea is just to DO THINGS that you love. And if one of them is an anal commitment ceremony, WHO AM I TO JUDGE, I ask you.
If you happen to skip one of these, could it please be the Gene Simmons face tattoo?
Pretty please?
Pretty please with whiskey on top?
Woman, you are way too organized.
I'm pretty sure we have Cranium and will donate it to the cause. It's never been used, and never will in this house.
With Bug back in daycare on base, I make the drive to Anchorage every day (twice). When can we get together?
I like your categorizing method. Last year, I just made the straight "105 things" list and I did really poorly. Of course, it probably would have helped had I actually LOOKED at the list during the year.
Okay, the list you sent me had no *secret* Love section- the fuck?
yet you included your *secret* Health thing- eewww.
